Distaclor / Ceclor® (cefaclor)
Distaclor / Ceclor® (cefaclor) is a semi-synthetic broad-spectrum second-generation oral cephalosporin with documented activity against many Gram positive (+) and Gram negative (–) pathogens, as well as some anaerobes.
Distaclor / Ceclor® (cefaclor) is the oral cephalosporin of choice for empirical treatment of infections because it:

Mestinon® (pyridostigmine bromide)
Mestinon® (pyridostigmine bromide) is an oral acetylcholinesterase inhibitor indicated for symptomatic relief in patients with Myasthenia Gravis (MG), a neuromuscular disease leading to fluctuating muscle weakness and fatigue. Mestinon® has been used for more than 50 years and continues to be the most widely used first-line treatment for both forms of MG (Generalized & Ocular). Mestinon® is effective as sole long-term treatment of milder, especially ocular, myasthenia gravis ultimately providing “the power to control muscles for an improved quality of life” through its fast acting, highly patient tolerable action.

In line with our strong foundation in Neurology, during 2009 Invida set up the Specialist Interest Group of Myasthenia Gravis in Asia (SIGMA). This Advisory Board brings together top neurologists from around the region to discuss treatments and research in Myasthenia Gravis. A publication entitled “Good Clinical Practice Points on the use of Acetylcholinesterase Inhibitors in Myasthenia Gravis: Recommendations from the Asian Regional Special Interest Group on Myasthenia Gravis” was published by the SIGMA at 19th World Congress of Neurology (WCN 2009).

Vancocin®
Vancocin® is a chromatographically purified, tricyclic glycopeptide antibiotic indicated for initial therapy in the treatment of serious or severe infections caused by susceptible strains of methicillin-resistant (beta-lactam-resistant) staphylococci, such as endocarditis, septicemia, bone and joint infections, lower respiratory tract infections, and skin and skin structure infections. Vancocin is marketed by Invida in Korea and Taiwan.
