SYSTEMSWe utilise tools that translate abundant market data into useful intelligence to help us understand the market better. They include extensive information database of 250,000 doctors, hand held call reporting tools, the EIS and financial reporting tools. In addition, we have access to external web based systems that allow us to monitor sales, bonus and inventory on a daily basis.
